Return Policy

Because Pear Blossom Farms ships Dad’s Jalapeno Sauce in sealed bottles, returns cannot be accepted under local health department regulations, since bottles may have been opened.  Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, however, with a full refund policy, as follows.  All items purchased online are refundable within 30 days from purchase date if the product is delivered damaged.  Claims for refund must be made by phone within 2 days of receipt, and Pear Blossom Farms will make good on its shipments, either with a complete refund of the product price or a pro-rated share of the damaged product, as may be the case.  We cannot, of course, refund shipping charges.
