Finely dice (chop larger if you lifer a chunkier salsa) fresh tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper into a mixing bowl. Note: Fresh tomatoes should be firm and not overly ripe. Add the chopped cilantro and remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. For best results chill overnight in the fridge. Makes approximately 12 cups. This salsa is considered "MEDIUM" heat.
