About Us
 Beautiful Pear Blossom Farms Working with our four sons, we have operated an orchard in Palisade - located in the beautiful Grand Valley of Western Colorado – for a generation. We grow peaches, pears, apples, and other fruits. We have also grown lots of tomatoes, peppers and other vegetables which do well in our valley because of the hot summer days and cool nights. We belong to several local farmers’ markets, where we enjoy meeting people from all over the country. More than a decade ago we started making tomato salsa from our own produce and gradually added other products. They were a big hit.
In 1998 because of an abundant crop of ripe jalapeños, Dad decided to try creating a superior pepper sauce using fresh peppers and less vinegar. When he had it just right for his taste he tested it with family and friends over a period of months. Very few suggestions for improvements could be made. Sometimes you just get lucky with the first try! Dad's sauce is made from premium jalapeños. The wonderful flavors come from the patient and careful ways of a time when good taste was about eating well. Pear Blossom Farms…. a legacy of good taste.
